Based on the 1985 Troma classic "The Toxic Avenger, " although not as raunchy as the original film, this syndicated cartoon series features Melvin Junko and other similarly deformed mutated people in a battle against intergalactic polluters from outer space, as well as Tromaville's ever-corruptable Mayor Grody.
