　　網走刑務所を出所した末広勝治（高倉健）は、東京へ帰る途中に静内で牧場同士の争いに巻き込まれ足止めをくう。行く末はダービーをも狙える加納牧場の優秀なサラブレッドをどうしても我が物にしたい悪徳三兄弟（山本麟一・今井健二・谷隼人）は牧場主の加納（三橋達也）に嫌がらせを繰り返していたのだ。そんな中、かつて末広に組を潰された男（安藤昇）が復讐を誓い末広の前に現れる事態は混沌としていった・・・シリーズ通算第16作。<東映東京/105分/カラーワイド>
