椿山课长重返人间，寻觅过往真情。日月人三剑奇缘

　　正是得意满满的时节，人到中年的椿山和昭课长（西田敏行 饰）突然晕倒。待他再次醒来时，却发现自己已经于4天前死去，现正置身人间和天国的交汇处——中阴役所。在仙女玛雅（和久井映見 饰）的指导下，所有的死魂灵都认真地思考着自己将来的去向。因挂念家中的妻儿，椿山决定在头七期间返回人间，与之一同得到灵界同意的还有挂念亲生父母的少年雄一（伊藤大翔 饰）以及死于意外的黑帮头目武田（綿引勝彦 饰）。按照灵界的规定，他们分别化身为美丽的女子和山椿（伊東美咲 饰）、可爱的少女莲子（志田未来 饰）以及武田的儿子弘实（成宮寛貴 饰），各自去完成心中未竟的夙愿…… 　　本片根据浅田次郎的原著小说改编。
